Fui abordada por uma recrutadora para uma posição de Talent. Foi uma experiência frustrante, esperava mais.
Fez um screening de 30min e disse por fim que agendaria na semana seguinte um bate papo e reforçou várias vezes "que eles só contratam os melhores", mas me parece que os "melhores" não sabem fazer o básico em dar retorno do processo seletivo.
Me impressiona ainda mais por ser uma vaga que de recrutamento para estar no time da Page...

Went through a total of four rounds, one phone call and three in-person. Each interview lasted between 20 and 40 minutes and I ended up speaking with five different managers.
