Michael Page Recruiter interview questions

There were 4 stages, but managed to just do 3. 1st Stage: Brief face-to-face meet up with one of the recruiters from Michael Page. It was a fun and comfortable chit-chat session just to size you up. 2nd Stage: A face-to-face interview with the director at the Michael Page office. 3rd Stage: Two 5 minutes verbal presentation on values such as resilience and teamwork with their Manager, Director and Managing Director. After that, it was a commercial exercise regarding how recruitment works to test the aptitude of the candidate and understanding. I thought the interview sessions were very informative and practical. However, I thought the execution of informing the candidate wasn't as expected from a company that prides themselves in interpersonal skills. After the 3rd stage, I was told that I would be informed of my status within a couple of days. I had no reply after a week and wrote them an email to follow-up just to be informed I didn't do well. They said if I was still interested and that I should come in for a shadowing session at their office to decide if I could go for the 4th stage. I agreed to it but it has been two weeks and they have not come back to me. Decided to move on since.

Contacted by a recruiter, had several phone screens/conversations, skype interviews and an in-person. The recruiters were helpful but almost rude at the same time. Did two role plays and they had you do a personality test as well as situation questions, etc. They were unprofessional in the workplace and it seemed to be a bit behind with technology and office arrangements, etc. Left knowing I wouldn't want to work for them. Seemed to waste a lot of my time as well as their own.
