4 process interview. Absolutely great up until I met who I believe was the CEO/ region director (it was 2 years ago so I can’t remember now). He was not a nice human, questions like ‘why did your parents split up’ and ‘what’s the worst thing that has ever happened to you’. If you want normal interview questions, go to Hays!

Overall the interview process was a great experience- from speaking on the phone with the current intern, to the Senior Manager, everyone was wonderful and pleasant to speak with (I was anticipating for it to be a more demanding interview). However, I did apply for an internship and so this may differentiate from the full-time recruitment consultant interviews. I didn't make it to the last round of interviews but the manager did send me a rejection letter, which was nice so I wasn't left wondering if I would move on or not. Heavy emphasis on sales and making $$$. You have to pass a personality test online before any in-person interview.
