Two-day schedule with a job talk and a few group/individual meetings with the faculty and administrators. The process was well organized and everyone was professional. And the staff is friendly too.

Standard academic interview process. First phone interview with the search committee and second virtual onsite interview with a group of people. Waited three weeks and received a phone call from the department chair. I was offered the position and started the start up negotiation processes. This happened in March and April in 2022.
