Michigan State University Service Center Representative interview questions

Ten minute interview with three members of management. I was asked basic questions about experience, how I would handle certain situations, etc. I provided copies of my resume to them and we went over it and discussed it.

The interview process was nice. I received a phone call from a supervisor stating that she wanted to set up an interview for the position on campus. She asked for my availability and we agreed on a time. We met and she asked me various questions. I wore a suit. You have to look professional and prepared. On the application when I applied, you had to write an essay about a certain topic but I believe that has changed over time.
