I applied online. I interviewed at Micro1 (Little Rock, AR) in Feb 2026
Interview
This was an AI interview, complete with verbal Q&A and text-input quizzes. The interviewer seems easy to respond to, looking for key words in your responses and following up with questions accordingly. Not a bad experience at all, as long as you have a quiet environment and a clear mic ready to go.
The interview felt like a scam because the questions asked were irrelevant and the task they gave at the end was completely undoable. It does not seem like they are a legit company

Question 1
Exact settings on RX modules even though you're not provided with any specifics about the audio
This was very impersonal, but interesting, The questions were actually getting more complicated as it went on and on point with audio related topics. It was all recorded by camera and microphone through a video call.
