Interview
It was an AI-based screening interview, which I initiated by clicking on an email link within a 48-hour window of opportunity. I was on-camera, speaking in response to questions that were displayed on my computer monitor. The interview was recorded. The AI could provide feedback or ask followup questions. There was also a portion in which I was presented with two medical reports of the same patient encounter. The instructions were to produce a "correct" report within 20 minutes. I admit I was confused about how to achieve this.
