Standard interview process. Initial recruiter meeting, general manager interview, then interviewed with 3 people on the team back to back. People were nice and quick to respond and took about a a week to make a decision.

Interview
The interview was very smooth. Answered questions and learned a lot about my responsibilities if accepted into the role. Didn't feel intimidated and felt like my answers were really regarded.
Nice process nice people. They ask mostly about experience, why this company and lot of conversation. It seems mostly based on fit. Only downside is process took a while, ~2 months but it was during covid so some troubles were expected
