Phone interview, really awkward. There were a few people on the call but only one of them talked and seemed like she was just reading generic questions. It was really hard to engage in a conversation since there was a dead silence after every single one of my responses. I immediately felt like they're not even interested in my profile, it was uncomfortable and I at the end I was totally ghosted since they didn't even send me a follow up.
