Submitting resume in university career fair. Right after that was asked by the hiring manager for an interview. interviewed twice, one by manager, one by director. But the manager is not actually my hiring manager, my manager did not go that career fair on that day. Got the offer on the spot when interview done.

The onsite included multiple rounds covering data structures and algorithms (LeetCode-style problems), behavioral questions, and some system or design-related discussions. Overall, the process felt somewhat challenging in terms of coordination and communication. In particular, the recruiter interaction felt a bit rushed, which made it harder to fully present my background and ask clarifying questions. During the onsite, the interview styles varied across rounds, which made the experience feel less consistent.
