The interview was 3 stages: 1. HR Phone Screen 2. Hiring Manager Conversation 3. Data Assessment I went through all of these stages but at the end of it all, I never heard back from HR or the hiring manager regarding the result. I was a summer intern at Micron and knew a lot of great people who I worked with but this process was horrendous. I followed up religiously twice a week with both the HR and the hiring manager but got no response from either about the next steps. I understand that I might not have been the right fit but I believe Micron needs to be respectful and mindful about the applicants who put in hours of work during the interview process by responding with a result. Extremely unprofessional.
