4 rounds of 1-hr interview with various team members and hiring manager. Lack of follow up and response after the fourth interview even with multiple follow up calls and emails to the HR and hiring manager. They ignored all emails and calls and decided to leave the candidate hanging without any proper closure. Would have thought that there should be at least a response to reject a candidate who has gone through 4 rounds of interviews. This is a red flag for the professionalism of the people working for the company. Interviews were relatively easy with "tell me how you dealt with this situation..", "what's the biggest challenge..." etc.

Phone interview by recruiter. Two sessions of face to face meeting and 1 video call. Each session is about 45 mins to an hour. Interview duration is about 60 days in total.
