Interview
Was contacted directly by the hiring executive. This was quite a departure from the norm of most companies that typically have HR reach out. Kudos to Micron, or perhaps the hiring amanger, for this as it went a long way toward my responding initially in a sea of offers I was receiving at the time.
Things went quite quickly from there. An interview with the hiring executive the same day as initial contact. Next was an interview with that executive's manager's EA, followed by an interview with HR and ultimately an offer. All of this within a 3 day time frame.

Had an initial phone screen call from HR. After that a SKYPE interview was set up. Following that an in-person interview. The questions were directed towards the job I was applying for. The process was straight forward and the interviews were very professional.
