The hiring manager asked me questions based on my resume to relate my experience to the role. My research field was a bit apart from the role, so some questions were difficult to answer.
The interview experience was quite disorganized. The interviewer I met was different from the one indicated in the email, which was confusing. There was also a long waiting time both before and after the interview.
When I asked about the interview process, I did not receive a clear explanation. It eventually turned into two rounds conducted on the same day without prior notice. Overall, the lack of communication and structure gave the impression that candidates’ time was not well respected.
