had virtual interview during covid period, 2 separate interviews, 1st round with managers and 2nd round with director. after which also did logical test online. as i enter as fresh grad not too much technical knowledge was asked during interview, more on getting to know your personality to see if can work under stress
It lasted for an hour and asked questions about self-introduction, work experience, and problem-solving experience. In particular, I asked deeply about the process experience. Also, interviewers require expertise and creativity.
Their mass interview was very structured and systematic. Each location has a purpose, whether it's to wait, or listen to a briefing. It feels very orderly, like something you'll experience during a well-structured exam.
