I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Micron Technology in Jun 2009
Interview
Started with a phone interview that was a set of scripted questions. Mostly just some basic electronic questions and a few details about my previous experience. Then came to the company for a set of 1 on 1 interviews with about 5 or 6 different people from HR, Engineering and management. Most of the questioning was very basic and anyone with a year or 2 of experience in the field would have not problem with them.
