Some of the managers don’t even care what you said in the interview. The time taken was 30 minutes. 2 managers involved. One of them don’t even ask questions. Majority of the questions are about yourself. Since they want to get to know you more. Since i’m a postgrad. They asked me to explain about my thesis and some of the subjects that I learned that helped me to venture into accounting. However, no follow up or results were given. You just have to assume that you are not qualified for the position after months.

The interview process was very smooth and intricate. They made the employee feel comfortable. The questions were answerable and very engaging. Be prepared with the facts of your previous role and everything that was written in your CV. Do not fake your qualifications.
