Interview
Normally there will be 2-3 rounds including HR phone interviewing; after HR interview, it will proposed to hiring manager for interview; normally within 1-2 weeks, the results will be updated; the last run is executive level(director) interview.

Q: what's your understanding about the demand and supply relationship?
A: this is expect that you can have basic knowledge that in supply chain, the supply is targeting match the supply, where in the process of resolving any supply risk.
Q: any example that you find the issues and try to resolve the issue?
A: this is to address the capability of root cause analysis, solve problem and communication skill.
Q: any example of involving in confliction and what's the reaction?
A: this is to address the capability of confliction resolving.
