3 phone interviews, one was highly technical. I was really glad I had technical reference materials handy for this part. Three on-site interviews were very intense, each 50 minutes long. They fed me lunch and said after lunch there could be more interviews after lunch. After lunch they said I was good to go and that was it.

The panelists were highly professional, fostering a friendly and engaging atmosphere. Their questions were thoughtful and relevant, contributing to a productive and insightful discussion. The overall experience was well-organized and demonstrated a high level of expertise.
Hit or miss with the people you engage. Some are good, some are not. This role is a stepping stone in my opinion. There are other positions one can move into after some time in this one.
