Super short but over two months. First round is an 30 minute phone interview and if you get by that, they have a superday in Redmond that consists of 4, 45 minute interviews that are mostly more behavioral.

I enjoyed the interview process. Had to go through 2 rounds of interviews. first round and second round was a superday. Just had to share about myself and why i wanna work for MSFT. Mostly behavioral and business analysis-technical type of questions. it was fun. I enjoyed it.
Need to be well prepared, quite a lot of technical questions, not a lot of behavioral questions. the people were very nice. Very welcoming & seemed like a friendly team.
