Interview
Two rounds of screening. First phone, second Skype call. First round of calls were relatively quick, second round asked more detailed questions about experience. The lady was nice and professional.
There’s only one final round, consisting of two back-to-back one-hour interviews. The process is quite straightforward overall, though the experience can vary slightly depending on your team and hiring manager. The interviewers are generally very approachable and supportive, which helps make the conversation feel more relaxed.

Interview
3 interviewes with MS employees of senior positions connected with sales/marketing. Mostly questions on soft skills. It was very friendly, they were asking about my previous experience and my motivation to join this particular position.
Behavioral interview easy questions only went through first round interview had an internal referral thought it went well but it is competitive as it is a two year program that transitions into a full time job.
