I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Microsoft (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2021
Interview
Recruiter reached out for hiring event in Atlanta.
The first step was online assessment on codility with 4 coding questions. Questions were fairly easy as I was able to complete them in 30 minutes, time limit was 70 minutes.
Next, I was told to attend virtual onsite event (in 4 days) and it included 4 back to back 45 minute technical interviews with 15-20 minutes talking about yourself, the role and 1 behavior question.
The interview questions were LeetCode medium level (on the easier side). I was able to complete all the questions.
The interviewer were looking for you to complete the task and write bug-free code, with somewhat focus on coming up with most optimized solution if you can come up with the approach.
This was the last step of the process. I got the offer 5 days later.
