I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Microsoft in Oct 2021
Interview
1st interview (English): It was with HR central in London. The person was very kind and we spoke about how the process was, my salary expectations and also he wanted to confirm that I was interested in potentially leaving my current company.
2nd Interview (Spanish): It was with the hiring manager from Madrid. I must say this is where professionalism vanished.
