Interview
I applied for a junior position in Bucharest, RO (Remote), in March 2022.
The process took one month and it consisted of an online assessment then a virtual on-site.
OA:
I got a codility assessment involving threee DSA, leetcode style questions. First one Easy, second one Medium, third a Medium, but a tricky one. Got the response in 2 weeks.
OS:
I went through 4 interviews, each in a different day, each of 1 hour.
1st: Small 15 min conversation about my background then 45 min for a coding question. Leetcode Medium, involving priority queues.
2nd: System Design interview
3rd: Coding interview. Again, 15 min conv + 45 min coding question. Leetcode Medium, involving Strings.
4th: Behavioral interview
Got the rejection email 2 hours after my last interview.

Walking into the technical round, I had an unexpected moment of déjà vu when I was asked to find the lowest common ancestor in a binary tree. It was just like the question I had practiced on prachub.com a few days earlier. The interview also included designing an LRU cache and reversing a linked list, which I felt comfortable with too. Overall, the process was smooth, starting with a recruiter screen and a couple of phone interviews. I received an offer, but ultimately decided to decline.

The process consisted 3 technical rounds after clearing the OA , consisted of medium to hard story based question. Not all round interviewer asked to run the code the last 1 just asked the approach

Was a typical first round recruiter screen - pretty straightforward but didn't end up getting moved vforwards. Prompt, Professional and overall a good experience. They asked me about my background, explained the role and it was with the recruitment team.
