I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Microsoft in Jun 2021
Interview
understanding and forward a set of questions understanding what you know and how you know it and see if you connect with the hiring manager. the interview created was using a piece of code and being able to know how to solve the problem on the spot that is used
Tedious ugly and unrepresentative of any real work. I would never ever recommend Microsoft to any sane person. Terrible company that makes you work overtime!!! People leading projects are even worse, micro managing everyone!
The first part was an HR interview, then a technical interview. During the process, I have received an offer from a different company and I have decided to sign with them, so I have stopped the process with this company
