Interview
I was an internal hire so I really only had 3 formal interviews for the position. Even though they indicated that they wanted to move fast in the hiring process, it took nearly 2 months. Quite frustrating but they indicated that it was due to internal "red tape" with hiring for the role. Other than the long wait, it wasn't a particularly challenging set of interviews. It definitely helps coming as an internal hire, I think.
