Successful candidates will have a phone screen and 5 on campus interviews. The “phone screen” may actually be in person for college candidates interviewing on their campus. The interviews focus on solving problems using code, leveraging appropriate data structures and algorithms. I interviewed Program Managers at Microsoft and Security Engineers at Google, not Software Engineers, so I may be missing some nuances of Software Engineer interviews, but it's mostly the same.

Round 1 ) Comprised of an online MCQ test based on Classes & Objects, Pointers and Data Structures. Fairly simple if you know your basics. The results were announced after an hour. Round 2 ) This was an online coding test comprising of 2 questions based on Linked Lists and Trees. Similar to how other online coding platforms work, we had to evaluate our code against the test cases that were given ( not visible to us of course ) and we got about 1 hour to complete this.
Was a typical first round recruiter screen - pretty straightforward but didn't end up getting moved vforwards. Prompt, Professional and overall a good experience. They asked me about my background, explained the role and it was with the recruitment team.
