Very open and personally orientated. Wanted to know about personal experiences. gauging my personality rather than my over all work experience. and situational awareness. as well as asking how i would respond in certain situations

Question 1
Cabling basics, including types, fiber vs copper and distance
The interview process was completely remote with three interviews. There was one technical interview and two soft skill interviews. I received the result via email two weeks after the interview.
Brief, only a few technical questions. Most of the interview seemed very informal and was about getting to know me as a person. That being said, I was already familiar with the job scope as I was a vendor prior to the interview.
