Interview
I was able to qualify only until 3rd round.
First was a recruiter call, then a pre-screen and then an interview with the hiring manager. It was a technical+behavioral round involving a Leetcode medium question. No feedback given, despite my interview being 9/10 according to me.

Question 1
What is a hashmap? (Followups) How does it work? Design a hashmap. (Followup) How will you optimize it (for ex: optimize hashing function,etc. A lot of discussion about various techniques and data structures)? (Followup) Tell me real-life example of hashmap. (Even though I gave 2 examples, he wanted more, wanted to see how creative can I think).

Interview
After submitting an online application, I received a HackerRank assessment after passing the resume screening stage, then I was rejected after completing the assessment and did not proceed to further interview rounds.

Question 1
The assessment consisted of two LeetCode-medium-level coding questions to be completed within 75 minutes.
45 mins technical interview with a member of their San fran team. Very relaxed and informal but questions were focused and lots of follow ups. Easy to schedule as was over video conferencing platform
Straightforward technical loop overall, with strong interviewers at every stage. I genuinely enjoyed the in-depth conversations around technical challenges and algorithmic problem-solving — the entire process felt well-structured and genuinely engaging.
