I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Microsoft (Ottawa, ON) in Nov 2024
Interview
The hybrid Interview, was very nice and welcoming, it was around a 30 - hour, asking questions about me and my past working experiences. Talking about part of the field I specialize in and how well I am around my environment, and If I can work with others.
Good. Point of contact or recruiter was responsive. Hiring team was engaging. Multi stage interview process. Every step of the way they guide you which I appreciate. Did not receive offer but I appreciate that they respect the time
this job interview was way too easy for me and i wish there could be more like this all the time in the country. Lets go and find some more like this as it would be cool
“Looking forward to learning more about the role and the team. I understand the interview process may include a short HR call followed by technical assessment or discussion of previous experience and problem-solving skills.”
