Recruiter who was a contractor with another company reached out to scheduling interview. When I gave them dates for first round, they directly scheduled a final loop. There was no intro or hiring round, which seemed strange. When I asked what to expect in the rounds so I can prepare accordingly, I was not getting any response. I was following up every day. 2 days before the interview I get confirmation that there will be questions on data modeling, visualization , statistics. When I requested if they could reschedule because this was important round and I wanted to prepare especially knowing about data modeling. The recruiter responded that they can’t and that I should adjust. I didn’t have an option.
Interviews went amazing. The interviewers were good people. No complains here. But none of the questions came like the recruiter mentioned. Everyone said hopefully see you soon. My hopes sky rocketed.
Then I tried to follow up a week later, no response. Second week again I followed up, I got that the recruiter’s email didn’t exist. Later I got an automated reject.
Overall negative experience because of the miscommunication caused by the recruiters and not informing correctly and not at all being flexible attitude.

Normale, ci sono vari step e non sono andato avanti poichè mi richiedeva troppo effort e tempo personale il processo di selezione. Credo che sia davvero una delle migliore aziende al mondo ma il processo andrebbe reso più efficiente
