I had 3 rounds, first was with recruitment, i was asked general questions and we went through my cv in detail. Second was with a department head and final was with the team manager of the team i would be joining if i got the role. Each lasted about an hour and was very conversational and friendly.
In my interview with the department head i answered a few situational questions (tell me about at time when... have you ever dealt with... etc).
In my final interview, we mainly spoke about my interest in the role, how my experience aligned what my passions are and so on.
i really enjoyed the interview process, especially with recruitment and my team manager, the random department head was kinda cold which made it a little hard to have my answers flow but it wasn't that deep.
i think it went well because i knew my cv back to front and was able to tie all of my experience (personal, education, work etc) back to the role and my passion for the area of work i applied for.
