They mention they create multiple job postings trying to bring in a different variety of talent but have a very limited scope in what they are actually looking for. This makes for a very long, no-feedback, and negative process for anyone they lose interest in along the way. 4 rounds of that which could take a week or so per step. Looking at maybe a multiple month process from applying to hire if you dont stop hearing from them anywhere in the process. I personally stopped reviewing any job postings from them since you will never know where you stand or why they just stop contact at the drop of a hat.
