There were two interviews, they were very detailed. First interview was a phone interview around industry terms and concepts conducted by a member of human resources. The second interview was in-person with the supervisor of the position and his manager. Just the three of us at the table in the manager's office. Both the supervisor and the manager asked questions and followed up each others questions to dig out what they felt was important. Both individuals were very pleasant.
