Recruiter reached out with job opportunity, completed screener with recruiter, then screener with internal HR, then hiring manager interview, then had panel interviews with RevOps and SDR team. In the HM round, the interviewer looked at their phone several times during the interview and seemed disengaged. One of the panel interviews was also strange, interviewer suddenly became abrupt and seemed annoyed to be there. Gave me an overall bad impression of the company culture so I decided to withdraw my application.
