I was contacted within two weeks of applying. First with a phone interview, which consisted of some quizzing on technical vocabulary, problem-solving, and personality-based questions. This was followed by an in-person interview with several members of the team. This stage mostly consisted of dozens (!) of rapid-fire problem solving questions designed to see how a candidate handles stressful situations, might teach a somewhat complex topic to a layperson with nothing more than a laptop and whiteboard, and (I think) to gauge how their overall personality matches the Middlebury culture.
The in-person interviews were concluded quickly, and within a week of the second interview I was offered the position.
