Middlebury College interview questions

Applied through the student Middlebury job page. Submitted a resume and cover letter. I met with Betsy Nesbitt who was initially the stockroom head and hygiene officer. I then talked with her and had a casual interview then we decided on hours and I began training and working.

I received a n auto-reply after submitting my application. A schedule of interview dates came a week later detailing the steps and requirements. It was a 3-man panel which lasted for about 30 to 45 minutes. I got an email a week later with the news of being hired.
