Applied online and got an email from recruiter requesting for a half hour phone interview. Recruiter was 15 minutes late for the scheduled call. I was in the middle of typing an email for a reschedule until she called. The interview with the recruiter was painful. She wanted to me to go over all of my listed employers. No one does that anymore. Recruiters and hiring managers only want candidates to go over what is applicable to what they are looking for. Recruiters usually ask for salary expectation early on but she didn't ask until the end. When it is all said and done, the intended half hour interview turned into an hour. I decided not to go forward to the next step so recruiters didn't forward my resume to the hiring manager. To be fair, the recruiter was nice but she seemed inexperience.
