Online, through Microsoft teams. Met with a team director from the HVAC department. He was nice and proactively asked questions about me and my interests. Pretty standard interview questions. The only thing that stood out was the interviewers english speaking skills, as sometimes I would have to ask him to repeat the question because I couldn't understand him.
