You are asked questions about behavior management, lesson plans, training. There are multiple rounds. The first one is with just the principal, next is with maybe the head of the department. Last is with superintendent. Expect general questions, overall friendly atmosphere. Dress appropriately, as you would in a class. They did ask me some questions about what I thought I could wear to school. They will warn you about student behavior, not to be too friendly, etc.
