I had originally emailed for a different department altogether previously, before this interview was made final for this department. Each time I applied and received contact and interviews were scheduled, there were three interviews. One phone screen, one face-to-face and then one final with the department manager and supervisor. It was a little difficult, as they make you really take the time to answer their questions. I had to be patient with myself and allow myself to take time to answer each question thoughtfully. I made sure to ask questions about the position, company, interview process, etc. after each interview screen to ensure they knew I was interested.
