As many others described here, the interview process was fluid and the recruiter did a fine job at wasting no time, I really appreciated that. Impressive facility and met some good folks there. Overall positive interview. I did not get the position but probably would not have taken it if hired. Although an E-commerce company for the great outdoors, with many impressive products and a good reputation, the culture just wasn't there, as compared to say an Amazon.com, and they would have to move the needle in that direction if they wanted to innovate and grow further. I got the feeling that leadership may not have full buy-in and some things still operated somewhat old school, although they had a good talented team with good intentions. I wasn't optimistic about the future outlook of the company from first impressions.
