The application was on indeed. Once entering the facility I knew that the manager was discriminatory. I introduced myself and explained to him that I am a college student who just moved to Columbia trying to find a stable job. He then told me that due to my versatile resume that I had “too much experience” and that I am “unstable” which was provoking so I respectfully left the interview.
