Explain your background in customer service and how you treat those who come to the location
Very short but straight yo the point. The interview that I did was over the phone. I didn’t go very well and I did not get the job. But mikes is a great company.
Phone interview first, then a face to face if you meet the requirements based on a drug test and screening.

Applied online and they contacted me in a few days. Had a five minute phone interview and a few days later a face-to-face interview. They had me answer some basic questions and told me they'd call back for a third interview. At the third interview I had to take a mathematical test on one of their computers and sign some papers. They emailed me a few days later saying they found someone better qualified.
