You have to go on a 4 hour interview and one and a half hours of that time is spent taking a mandatory computer test. I did not get the position, and after a thank you email and follow-up they don't even have the decency to send a rejection letter or email. Go work for another firm in BigLaw that's probably ranked higher and has better hiring practices.
