Despite being well-qualified in education and experience, I wasn't even give an interview. (I have an M.A. and 15 years of teaching experience at the university and community college level.) Perhaps this company needs to be looked at for age discrimination. They are still advertising for the job, (two months after I applied), so they clearly haven't hired anyone.. in a different political climate, perhaps a call to the EEOC would be appropriate.
