Process seemed basic. Started with HR phone screening. Next up was video interview with the hiring manager followed by in-person interview with hiring manager and a technical person. Last round was a gamut of in-person interviews with business line leaders. Result came within 2 days that they have found someone else. The process reeked incompetence and devoid of ideas about why the position I applied for is indeed a requirement. Their need was someone with a Database Architect design and ended up shortlisting me, who has a data analytics and data science background. Despite clearing that I did not have experience setting up databases and more of an statistical modeler, they maintained their requirement suits my competence which I felt was not correct, Absolutely would not recommend this company to anyone. Also their Chief Marketing Officer weirdly asked me where did I learn to speak good English. I am an Indian and it is outrageous to think that only citizen of a select few countries can speak English,
