Interview
Your real interview will be with the company you are contracting into. At this stage, your credential will have checked out and it is more about interpersonal impressions. Realize that this interview is more of a "vibe check" if you will.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Milestone Technologies
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter about the position through LinkedIn. After confirming my interest, I was put in touch with two managers and had an interview on Teams. They mainly described what the position entailed, who the client was, etc. It was more of a “getting to know you” type of interview rather than a technical interview. Moved on to a final interview with the supervisor again via Teams, which went well, again not very technical but more so just to make sure you would work well with the team. I was told they would reach out to me to potentially schedule another interview with another manager? Followed up with the recruiter after a week and they said they would let me know when they had an update. Followed up again and no response. Two weeks later and I’m pretty sure I’ve been ghosted. Overall the interview process was quick and easy so I’m not sure what happened after the last interview.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Milestone Technologies (Fremont, CA)
Interview
I had two interviews. The first was with a recruiter from Milestone and the then second with the embedded hiring manager at the client's office. Note that you will likely not be working at Milestone's office, but rather where the client's office is.
