The first round of interviews with the Supervisors went great. They were engaged and asked job-related questions. The culture of Milestone seemed inviting and progressive. There was a week wait in-between the first and second round. The second round was with an employee of the Company who had no relation to this role. The whole interview he was uninterested, and it showed. Looking back, I wish I would have just ended it early and not wasted anymore of my time because not even five minutes after the interview I got an email that I was not selected for the role. This put a very bad taste in my mouth for Milestone. I ended up emailing them back regarding the quick decision and have not heard a word back.
