They were just opening the center so they had a giant job fair. There were multiple rounds of interviews. The first round went over your resume and asked if you were able to work any day of the week at anytime because it's a 24/hr call center. If they liked what they saw on the interview they would pass you on to the next round. During the second round you spoke with someone over the phone doing a mock tech support call. You would have to walk the "customer" through setting up software on their computer. If you did it pretty well you moved on to the next round. The next round was a one on one interview and it seemed to be more focused on your personality. They asked more questions about what you like to do in your free time, what makes you interested in technology, and how well you get along with people. If you passed that interview then you submitted your information so they could perform a background check.
Before the background check came back their was one final interview where you had more opportunities to ask questions about the specific position you were applying for. Then it was just a waiting game to see if you based the background check.
